Leo is generous and ego-centric at the same time. They love the sun shining on them and most famous people have prominent Leo or Sun in their charts. Find your sun and Leo placement for clues on what your soul’s purpose is in this lifetime, and which area of life this Leo season will be hi-lighting.
Opposite Leo is the nonconformist humanitarian air sign, Aquarius, we don’t take much sitting down. We challenge the “norm”. We want change that will benefit everyone and have little patience for what we perceive as just plain dumb!
Leo season is about personal transformations and external tensions. As the world wakes back up, the state of human minds conjures mixed feelings and people test each other’s values. Be ready to witness the good, bad, and ugly sides of human ego. The ego drives the mind on Earth, but the quest is to connect to one’s soul and reach self-realisation.
The irrational unhealed survival mind with little coping skills does demented things. When boundaries are pushed the wounded side lashes out and the unconscious hurts become visible in the world. The conflicts with each other are visible from wars to personal battles.
Media is in everyone’s hands, and everyone with a device holds the power to transmit news from any angle. Manipulating the mind for some personal gain. The need for attention is ever present with the nonsense people post. The real question is, how does anyone navigate the world with a real sense of purpose and trust in the world?
I highly recommend, drop the seriousness, and go have fun in this Leo season. That is where all the magic happens. Paint, dance, do creative things that connect you back to your inner child and play. Play in life. Get out of your head and get your feet in some sand, mud, grass and ground. Leo is about adult fun and pleasures of all your senses. Yes, get your tingles on where you feel pulled.
What fun do you have planned for the rest of summer?
There is a push and pull, shedding and healing this Leo season. It doesn’t have to all happen sitting in a therapist’s office. Well, there goes my pitch to tell you I am now an official graduate and NLP- Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner. My trainers are the two most wonderful human beings that bring so much integrity to NLP. Finding a new community here in UK feels good because I desperately need community and I miss you all so much! This decade is all about internal alignment and finding life direction that inevitably attracts the right people back to you.
Leo and Aquarius playing out perfectly, the me and them.
Leo New Moon
On August 8, the Leo new moon will feel good and intense. Leading up to the new moon, the intensity builds as you shed the old parts of yourself. It is alright to moan your losses as you release the past year(s) you make way for new goals. Goals that match the real life you want. The summer can feel like a blank slate and refreshing if you dig in deep and work with the Sun (soul) and Saturn (Karmic Lord timekeeper). Resolve the past and let go for a better tomorrow.
If you are an Aquarius, this moon is approximately opposite your sun sign, depending on your time of birth. Either way oppositions create need for action and this new moon encourages you to work on your soul’s path.
If you are a Leo, this is a personal new cycle in your life. Work on your creative desires.
If you are Taurus or Scorpio, the new moon is in a square to your sun sign. You will find the need to work through limiting beliefs and get out of your own way. The devil and angel are playing too close together. Pump yourself up with confidence.
