Many are happy to bury 2020 but it is a time to reflect. The latter part of Capricorn feels like someone is constantly poking you with a hot rod and you can’t get away from them! With lockdowns, you cannot exactly move around. This encroachment on personal freedom agitates many and the spark of frustration leads to protesting.
Anxiety is high, and many realise a new year doesn’t alleviate immediate burdens, especially, financial. We have only flipped the date on the calendar. There is no cohesive or harmonious plan from country leaders to move citizens back into a workable life. The mind set now needs to shift to saving people from a virus to saving livelihoods!
A virus is always a threat while we live on Earth. The very definition of nature is living in a natural world, which is Earth! Microorganisms were here before us and will exist long after us. The unnatural world is anything artificial.
I recently binged a Netflix miniseries about the Unabomber. If you don’t know the story, his ideal life was to live off the land, off the grid, which he did. He didn’t want to be controlled by any system from governments, technology, and financially, hence, living completely nomadically. He had a high IG but also disturbed. His crime was he sent bombs through the US mail to get attention and be heard. He was frustrated with the way citizens were being controlled and where US, and the world was heading with the advent of technology. He wasn’t far off! I know I see more people trying to get off the grid. Is it so bad to incorporate modern amenities with nomadic living? Doesn’t it show the advancements we have made to improve lives? Aren’t systems put in place to keep order? Are they good or bad or both? I will let you rest with your own answers to those questions.
Capricorn Season
Overall, Capricorn ends with intense reflection of self, others, and larger organizations from government to corporations. Personal to public relationships are scrutinized under a magnifying glass. We will see heated debates about who is right and wrong. What course of action is right or wrong? The energy feels argumentative. Where are the grownups? They aren’t the people we see on TV. The real grownups are off having intelligent conversations with their sane friends because mature people listen to each other and collaborate for an amicable ending.
For you, stay out of the media noise! News is a reality junky’s haven and everyone wants their 5 minutes of fame. The boxing match that feeds into your fears and pumps your adrenaline for a reaction.
Instead, be constructive and optimistic, take time to retreat and reprise. It is time to get the world revolving again and it is time for you to step up your game! Are you ready?! The rest of the year isn’t the same as the first month of the year. It goes fast and you want to grab every opportunity you can to thrive. You can build a healthy business. It is a year for collaborating.
It is not all bad, I promise you! This period is about willing in your deepest desires. Reaching to live your most authentic life and understanding self, and how you fit into your world and globally. The me and them is heavy at play this year. Find your tribe and work to build together. United we stand is another big theme for humanity.
